Our brains' lives ...

I don't know if it is a coincidence but I read recently two articles that point out how our "modern" lives may harm our brains...

The first one says that the constant activity of big cities implies very various pathologies : "from an inability to pay attention to a lack of self-control".

The second one says that the uninterrupted drive of our attention by digital gadgets would deprive our brains from a needed rest time.

Apart from avoiding obvious addictions, would there be an hygiene of the brain ? (less extreme than leaving everything !)

I'm surprised that there is not already a generator of generators :-) !
